What Can’t the Care Providers Do?
All medical procedures such as injections or severe wound care should be done by a specialist provider. Therefore, for the safety of both the care recipient and the care provider, our care providers are not authorised to do this.
To ensure proper supervision of the medical condition of the care recipient we recommend that you organise for a nurse to visit the home. The care provider will be able to give the nurse information on the condition of the care recipient and can make adjustments if necessary
