Our Resident Care Providers
The search for the perfect care provider is the highest priority of the Care-Fully team. Somebody who comes to live in your home for 24 hours a day should not only be professional but should be a match with your personality.
Our care providers are screened on the following things:
Experience
The experience of the care provider is selected depending on the needs of the care recipient. This varies between ‘novice care provider’, with experience with at least one previous care recipient, and ‘senior care provider’ with several years’ experience in the requested condition.
Education
The level of training depends on the specific needs of the care recipient. This can range from first aid training to specialized training on a certain condition (Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Dementia, MS, heart conditions, old age, etc.).
Personality
Our care providers are friendly, helpful people, each with their own character. We do our best to place the best care provider with care recipient based on each other’s profile.
Language Skills
The care provider must speak at least one of the following languages in addition to their mother tongue: French, English, Dutch, German or Italian. They must be able to have conversations in one of these languages and in case of emergency they must be able to express themselves clearly to external parties.
Selection Process
Care-Fully works closely with experienced care providers from South and Eastern Europe.
Our care provides are motivated people who are fully committed to their work.
The selection procedure takes place in 2 stages. Each applicant is screened separately by two members of the Care-Fully team. Only after a positive assessment from both members of the Care-Fully team and confirmation of a clear criminal record can they start as a resident care provider.
