Starting work at Care-Fully
Once Care-Fully has found the right care recipient for you, you will be contacted by one of the Care-Fully team and made an offer of employment.
If the candidate care provider accepts the offer they will receive and email with the schedule and their flight/bus ticket.
The care provider is picked up (depending on the time of arrival) and taken to their care placement. At that time the administrative tasks are also organised.
You will be assigned a contact person inside the Care-Fully team that you can always turn to for questions and advice on problems.

Follow-Up
Your contact person will carry out a thorough follow-up once you have started as a resident care provider and are with your care recipient.
As a care provider you will always get the opportunity to raise issues during visits by your care provider.
Is there not a click between you and your care recipient then a solution is sought together with your contact person.
